In Chen Family style Tai Chi Chuan as taught by Grandmaster Chen Zhenglei Yangsheng Gong is the named of a collection of warm-up exercises. There are three groups within the collection: 12 exercises for joint flexion; 9 spiral rotations; and 10 moves for footwork.
